The Story Behind Red House Property Management
For more than 12 years, Jason Riehl has been a Managing Partner at Red House Property Management. During that time, the company has remained focused on what San Diego rental owners need most: clear communication, modern technology, and a management team that treats every property like a real investment. Not a number in a spreadsheet.
Too many property management companies collect their fees, go silent for months, and leave owners wondering what’s happening with their own property. That’s not how our team operates. Every owner gets a direct line to us, real-time access to financials through AppFolio, and honest answers when something comes up.
Based in Solana Beach, we specialize in single-family homes, condos, and 2-4 unit properties throughout San Diego County. Our focus is long-term unfurnished residential rentals with a 1-year minimum lease requirement, which means we attract stable, quality tenants who stay longer and take better care of your property.

Jason J. Riehl
President, Managing Broker
With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Jason Riehl leads Red House Property Management with a commitment to professionalism, transparency, and exceptional client service. He oversees every aspect of the property management process—from strategic marketing and tenant placement to owner communication and financial oversight—helping clients protect and grow their investments.
Jason is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and former Treasurer of the San Diego Chapter of NARPM (2020–2024). His hands-on approach and commitment to long-term relationships have made Red House a trusted choice for property management throughout Coastal San Diego. Outside of work, he enjoys the beach, off-roading, and spending time with family and friends.
Richardson “Red” Griswold
Vice-President, Advisor
Licensed broker and California State Bar member. Former VP at a major LA property management firm ranked 15th in the state. UC Davis graduate, California Western School of Law (magna cum laude).
Keon Keshavarzi
Property Manager
Keon Keshavarzi has worked in property management since 2021 and has extensive experience in property operations, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and customer service. In addition to property management, Keon has managed the Solana Beach Farmers Market for over 19 years, overseeing vendor coordination, event operations, and community relations.
Keon is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. In his free time, he enjoys sailing with his family and working on cars.
